As a participant in Dennis Group Global Leadership & Engineering Development Program (LED), you’ll learn our business from the inside out. Be based in São Paulo, rotate through our North American offices, and work on multi-discipline projects of all sizes, from project definition to large-scale greenfield facilities.

O que esperar do nosso programa LED?

Work on large international jobs.

We believe the best way to learn is through doing. Trainees actively participate in projects in North America, South America, and Europe with support from the project team and their department.

Keep growing.

We aren’t just looking for candidates with a solid technical background: your ability and enthusiasm to learn and evolve is just as important. Deepen your understanding of your discipline or learn something new through professional development and cross-discipline teamwork.

Growth potential.

You might become a technical expert, team leader, or project manager within your technical discipline. Or your skills and interests might lead to you a new discipline or a new department. We’re growing rapidly and that means you can, too!

Flexible structure.

The first half of our program provides a pre-defined path while the second offers room for customization. During this second phase, you might take a deeper dive into your discipline or try something new, depending on company needs and personal preference.
